3. Data Storage

Your check history is stored locally on your device. You can delete it anytime from Settings. Cached results on our servers do not contain personal information.

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with advertisers. We may share anonymized, aggregated statistics publicly.

5. Third-Party Services

Google Gemini AI — Content analysis and claim extraction
Tavily / Google Search — Source verification
RevenueCat — Subscription management
Apple App Store — Payment processing

6. Payments

Subscription payments are processed by Apple. We do not handle or store your payment information.

7. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Your Rights

You can delete all local data from Settings at any time. For EU/EEA users, you have GDPR rights including access, correction, deletion, and portability. Contact us to exercise these rights.
